DSC 4th of July

Week 7 of my 8 week sabbatical was spent trailer camping at Domingo Springs Camp (Google map link). It was the first time in three years that we were able to access many of our favorite relaxation locations because of the dry winter in the high country. We toured Lassen Volcanic National Park, took a day drive to Susanville, watched the 4th of July parade roll through downtown Chester, swam and fished at Lake Juniper, and reclined in the hot, dry air at the base camp.
