Carmel By The Sea - Scenery

Our Friday hike at Garrapata State Park across from the barn at Gate #8 started along a well established trail that was flat. We made our way down to the cliffs and overlooked the tide pools and crashing waves along the rocky beach. The slight fog and sea mist made conditions a little cool and hazy, but the kids roughed it. Alex asked me to take pictures of the orange flowers for his teacher, Mrs. Witt.
