The kids participated in the school's annual fund raiser (aka Jogathon). It was a great day for a run with a cool morning and freshly cut grass. Allison clocked-in with 22 laps or just shy of 3 miles. Alex ran the 1st grade course and logged 35 laps. Both kids exceeded our expectations and were rewarded with personal payouts. $0.50 for every lap over 15 laps. $1.00 for every lap over 23 laps. Alex broke my slush fund spending for a few weeks with his outstanding performance.
Allison in her first ten laps. She was just warming up.
